| Do not order from ModernFurnitureDecor.com unless you are 100% sure that what you are ordering is what you want!!! You can only return an item if you refuse it at the time of delivery. That's it. Go to their website and look up their return policy, if you can find it. I will never order from them again!!!!! | ||

| People who order from ModerFurnitureDecor.com should be aware that they do not accept returns AT ALL!!!! If you sign for your item, it's yours. You cannot even pay to have it shipped back unless you refuse it at the time of delivery. Read below to see what that will cost you. I will never order from them again. The chairs that I ordered aren't even the same color as the chairs on their website. Their return policy is as follows: "RETURNS POLICY:Modern Furniture Décor can assure you that the products that we offer are of high quality, and you will be satisfied.In the event that the furniture arrives at your home and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of refusing the order at the time of delivery only.If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do not like the choice you made, the item may be refused at the time of delivery, for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and all the freight charges incurred by Modern Furniture Décor. Even though we offer “free shipping”, there are still freight charges involved. In the event you are returning the order at the time of delivery, YOU WILL PAY THE COST OF THE FREIGHT BOTH WAYS, THE FREIGHT WE PAID TO YOU AND THE FREIGHT COST TO RETURN IT.
