You can browse the site by the categories located at the top of the homepage. These categories are: Home, MCAD info, Records, Forms, and Links. At the MCAD info category you will find information on how to access the district, how the processes work, exemptions, special valuations, and collections. The forms accessible from this page can be downloaded but cannot be completed online. If you wish to fill any of the forms they should be downloaded or printed and then completed. Once you do that you email them to the District’s email address.
