LA is a big city and parking there is a big trouble for visitors and for local inhabitants too.

| Got a Parking Ticket on Sunset Blvd outside Guitar Center on Black Friday 11/28/08 at 4:34 p.m. Violation was gridlock parking. This ticket is reprehensible. This ordinance is designed for weekday driving activity, not for a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and going itno effect at 4:30 and ticketing me at 4:34 is typical of the shortsightedness of the City of Los Angeles. I am shopping at a store in the city of Los Angeles spending money which in turn generates tax revenues for the city and to have some silly little civil servant write a ticket for this "violation" defies logic. It is spiteful and shortsighted, but it has convinced me to no longer shop in the city of Los Angeles. May your tragic silly little city go belly up in a sea of bureacracy and pettiness. | ||
