| Terrible, terrible service. Do not use this site. The internet site told me that delivery would be within 3-4 days; it neglected to mention that the 120,000 person city I live in is not serviced by their carrier. This means I get my shipment in 15 days, after having paid 16 dollars in shipping. When I mentioned this problem on the phone, I was rebuffed for having an "agenda" in seeking monetary compensation. I just wanted my wine delivered on time. They stated that they took no responsibility and made no guarantees and made no excuses about delays. They also made me out as a malingerer.
