| This company couldn't care less about their customers. They got half my order wrong and the other half was damaged. I purchased two Infinity car speakers from this company, the Infinity 6022si and the Infinity Kappa 62.9is. The box for the Kappa looked liked it was dropped from 20 feet and the 6022si was not sent, but in its place thay sent 6022i which will not fit my car. In addition they send by only UPS which only has hours during M-F 9 to 5. Not conveinent for any hard working person.If you contact customer service they claim that their clients don't read the web site or understand e-commerce. This is turning into damage control with a 2 yeasr old. My advice is tay away unless you like a fight. | ||
