| I have been using IDX Central for many years. They are by far the worst company in the word to do business with. They NEVEr ANSWER THERE PHONES! tHEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS! tHEY DO NOT EMAIL YOU BACK WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU BY PHONE OR EMAIL IF THER IS A BILLING PROBLEM.2 0R 3 YEARS AGO, I HAD A BILLING PROBLEM, BECAUSE OF A LOST CREDIT CARD. THEY SHUT ME DOWN WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. TOOK ME MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET THRU TO THEM BY PHONE. THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY VOICE MAIL MESSAGES OR EMAILS FROM ME, AND THEY WERE SORRY!IT IS NOW HAPPENING ALL OVER AGAIN. YESTERDAY I MADE OVER 75 PHONE CALLS AND 10 EMAILS TO THEM. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONES OR RETURNED MY CALLS. NO ONE HAS EMAILED ME YET EITHER. TODAY, I HAVE MADE 4 PHONE CALLS. STILL NO ANSWER AND NO RETURNED CALLS. IF I RAN MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS THIS WAY, I WOULD NEVER DO A DEAL. I HAVE BEEN IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS SINCE 1979 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISIPOINTED IN A VENDER THAT I HAVE GIVEN MY TRUST TOO.
