| The service at ground dynamics is brutal. I have order and paid for my item and it has been a month and still haven't received my order. I have emailed and called but just keep getting the same of thing that my order has been shipped but they don't have the tracking number, call back later. Called backed a few days, they tell you order will be delivered the following friday. I though it was already shipped. Then called back Friday to get tracking number, oh call back later. Called back 3 days later, and still no tracking number so called back 2 days after that. I we just shipped you item yesterday but don't have a tracking number, call back later. Called again, oh we are waiting for some parts. WTF, i thought it was shipped already. Tried getting hold of the manger but he too is not returing my calls. Avoid them if you can. No customer relations. I will never buy anything from them again. | ||
