Western Refining is an oil refiner and marketer based in El Paso, TX, and they’re an independent company. They offer services mainly in the South West and the Mid-Atlantic regions.
Having four refineries they have a very large capacity, of over 235,000 barrels a day. The four refineries are scattered across the states two in El Paso, TX, Bloomfield, near Gallup, NM and in Yorktown, VA.
