Foreclosureworld.net is a weekly updated database of foreclosures, that is, homes that for one reason or other will be sold for discounted prices, and thus allows users to make a good deal by finding out which homes are going for almost half their regular market price. This service can be appealing not only to home buyers, but to Real Estate agents and investors or developers, and using it is free. However, there is a drawback to it, and that is that when first entering the site, it requires users to type in their zip code, and will present results which match only that area, and not its surroundings, which is quite uncomfortable, because users need to know in advance where it is that they want to move to or invest in, and therefore lose the possibility of taking advantage of hot properties in areas they might not have thought of.
