| I ordered tickets through the DW Tickets web site. When I changed the amount from 4 to 2 and submitted the request, I was charged for four tickets. I was not warned that the order was still at four. I imediately called to let them know what the problem was and was told that there was nothing they could do. There is no way that they could have processed the ticket package within two minutes of ordering. Bottom line - They do not want to help consumers when there is an obvious problem. All the manager could say was, "this is our policy and we cannot help correct the problem." With this kind of company attitude, I higly recommend consumers not use this company, | ||
