Firstly, there is an encyclopedia of both new and old Boston Whaler boats. It contains information such as electronic charts displays and the sonar technology used by said older and newer models. This encyclopedia is updated on a daily basis, and there is a forum that makes for the exchange of insight and opinions. Secondly, there is both a virtual cruise and a forty-six-page cruising guide to the North Channel of Lake Huron, complete with maps. Other section of the site collects stories, narratives, and log books. This section is aptly titled “Sail-logs”. On the other hand, there is a page title “Maintenance-logs”, which contains first-hand experiences in the repair of boats.
