The Church of God in Christ is a Church that preaches the word of God. Likewise, ordinances are administered, and holiness is underlined as essential to the eventual salvation of mankind. Owing to the importance that this Church places in the Day of Pentecost, its nature is considered as Holiness or Pentecostal. Although it did not evolve from the European or English Reformation, the Church of God in Christ is regarded as a member of the Protestant body of churches. The Church is made of several departments like a Fine Arts Department, and a Department of Women. Among the services rendered by the Church of God in Christ, it is important to mention the All Saints Bible College, an undergraduate institution that offers certificates on religious studies, whereas products for sale include a book combining a textbook with a workbook, which stands as a study guide for both new members and ordination candidates.
