| DO NOT order from this company! The price is good. But if you need to contact customer service for any reason or just to ask questions, it is impossible to get to the real person. Their voicemail instructs you to leave messages for them to call you back. THEY WON"T! I left them at least 6 messages and 4 emails in the past 5 days. No one has called me once yet. I wanted to cancel the order after this questionable experiences with their customer handling procedures so I emailed and left messages. I still don't know if they cancelled...Online order status is not updated. I still haven't gotten the credit back or cancellation confirmation. Not a good way to do business or did I get scammed? I will never find out since there's no one to answer. | ||
