If what you need is technical support with your product, you would want to select a country first. The site is divided into different areas, convenient for any user. Such categories include latest news, software download, product support, product registration, corporate information and ‘about Brother’. Adobe Reader is required to surf this site, and the home page offers clients to download it for free. The site work in a way where clients are given the option to chose their country, and when they do the entire site changes language, so they don’t limit the costumers and possible clients to speak English.
