| ON 9/10/08 I MADE A PAYMENT OF $761.00. I WAS CREDITED ON THAT DAY AND THE SAME AMOUNT WAS PUT UNDER PURCHASE WITH THE EXPLANATION "ACCOUNT CLOSE". I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH 1st NATIONAL BANK OF AZ AND MADE THE PAYMENT FROM MY NEW BANK ACCOUNT "CHASE BANK". | ||

| I have never received such awful service. They trick you into thinking you've paid the correct amount then charge fees saying you were short, then the online site does not recognize information such as security code, etc. They ask a series of 10 questions regarding your personal information just to log-on, which I have had to set up at least 10 times since I first obtained the card. I would consider this to be a very shady company with highly irregular business practices. | ||

| I have paid over $5,000.00 in the past year only to have a balance within $500.00 of what it was a year ago. I got a consolidation loan to pay off your card and also cut it up. On a statement I got today it shows a credit of$75.41. I would like a check for that amount and with an interest rate of 30.2% like you charge. Please include the rebate balance of $7.98. I still trade at the same places, but I pay cash. Thanks, Walter | ||

| Dealing with Barclays carnival seamiles is a disaster and since they also have frontier airlines we now understand why frontier is in bankruptcy any customer servive calls go somewhere out of usa so now you why service is the way it is... | ||

| I have never had such poor service from a credit card company. Their representatives behave as though they are doing YOU a favor. It is my only credit card that charges not only a yearly fee, but as I recenty found out, also a fee to transfer a balance. Most cards WANT you to use them. This one, apparently, does not. | ||
