Azmd.gov is the official site for the Arizona Medical Board. At the web site you will see a navigator bar on the left containing several links. Doctor search, consumer center, physician center, media center, statues and rules, Arizona Medical Board, and other sites of interest, are among the links you’ll see. Their aim at azmd.gov is to provide people with honest licensing and regulation of allopathic physicians. Within the statues and rules, there are sections of law related to medicine, substantive policy statements, medical assistance rules, public notice of proposed rules, Arizona Revised statues for health professionals, etc. The physician center link, on the other hand, contains: schedule of fees, change of address form, license renewal, adjudication process, advanced care directives, additional forms, and more. And, if you want to elaborate a complaint, you can do it from the site too. There is also a section with recent actions as well.
