Aam-Us.org is the website of the American Association of Museums. It has been bringing museums together for more than a hundred years, helping to develop standards and best practices, gathering and sharing knowledge, and providing advocacy on issues of concern to the entire museum community. This website provides information about the Association, about museums in general, about how to get involved, and how to become a member. This organization is the only one which represents the entire scope of museums, museums professionals, and volunteers who work for and with museums. No matter what your role is, they have ways for you to get involved.
