If you're a web designer, you understand the importance of an aesthetically pleasing interface. If you're looking for some inspiration from great examples of beautifully constructed websites, head to Webrsque.com. Webrsque provides a categorical listing of handpicked websites that the Webrsque team has selected as being superior in terms of visual execution. You can browse sites by country, primary color, typography, industry, purpose, layout, style, and CMS. Sub-categories range from the relatively obviously "Red" (Colors), to the more obscure "Shiny" (Style). Alternately, you can view the latest submissions on Webrsque's home page. Clicking on a website brings you directly to it, where you can brose around as you normally would.

Webrsque is an interesting concept; this is the first gallery of subjectively selected aesthetically pleasing websites that I've come across. True to its word, Webrsque does feature a variety of innovative and eye-catching sites.

It would be great if Webrsque could provide a more advanced search option that let you browse multiple categories at once. For example, if you wanted to find a site that's Japanese and is also blue, you currently would have to run more than one search to find a site that matches these two criteria. The site's content is minimal too; when will Webrsque be adding more sites and how exactly do they pick them?

| Thanks for the review Micaela. Appreciate it. I got a great publicity boost because of KillerStartups.Currently I'm the only one adding in sites, and I try to do at least a couple per day. Thanks for your comments about the search too. Will implement that in a future update. | ||
