Search Radar is an elegantly designed alternative search engine which helps you to refine results by displaying related queries and identify connections between topics. Unlike the larger search engines which can produce an overwhelming amount of results, Search Radar narrows the field in two ways: First, it provides a tag cloud for every search term (the tags increase in size proportionally to relevancy). You can click on these tags to produce more results. Second, Search Radar also provides results in list form, whose contents you can preview by scrolling over them. If you can't find what you want, Search Radar will link you to any one of the major search engines to run the same search.

Search Radar definitely provides better search results than typical search engines, if you're running a relatively general search. The site's tag cloud and preview features make it easy to determine which results are the most relevant. Unlike a lot of other larger search engines, there are no obstructive ads in the interface, so more search results can be displayed.
