Users can also search by city, region, or country at the top of the home page. Users can further zoom in on a map to select apartments visually in a certain area of a city, or they can click links on a list at the left of the page. Most apartment listings have photos, links to more information, and informative descriptions.

There are not many apartments listed, and most come from rental agencies- is there enough differentiation from other sites out there to make apartment-seekers come to the site? Can Vivirama really attract independent apartment brokers and seekers away from the very popular Craigslist?

The ability to search for apartments based on the map is definitely a plus. This means that seemingly arbitrary and often unclear definitions of location (such as the “zone” of a city) are eliminated in favor of showing the exact place an apartment is in relation to known landmarks.
