SwamiJobs' aim is to avoid all the barriers which exist between between jobseeker and employer and to provide a direct connection between them.
SwamiJobs is an entirely new concept which never existed before.
SwamiJobs online portal is one of the fastest growing portal whcich is full with all features.
World's first and only Job portal connecting jobseekers directly to employers".
Why it might be a killer
SwamiJobs is unique in that it offers a chat function so that job seekers can put themselves in direct contact with employers. The site is easy to navigate and offers a variety of job-browsing methods. Most of its services are free, too.
Some questions
SwamiJobs doesn't make it clear whether employers need to pay to post jobs; on one section of the site it says "Free Unlimited Job Postings", but in another part it says, "Post a Job And Pay By Credit Card". Do employers only receive unlimited job postings upon signing up and paying a flat fee? Or can they pay per posting?
