Why it might be a killer
They are a rarity in real estate site: Nestoria is totally advertising free. The interface is uncluttered by cool features; the focus is in driving visitors to exactly the search results they are looking for. Their aggregated database is second only in size to Rightmove, the largest UK property portal. They are a case study by Google in their use of the Google Maps API. Also, their blog is one of the most active in the search engine arena, it is worth reading its feed.

How is this website going to make profits if it is free? Does it has any sponsors? - What is more important to optimize the user experience: size and speed of the database or a nice interface with fancy look and feel?
