    LazyLibrary.com - Short Reads

    lazylibrary

If you find yourself unable to read any piece of writing longer than this review, you probably want to steer clear of any literary search engine which turns out Tolstoy among its primary results. Luckily, LazyLibrary has designed a service which lets you search only for books that have less than 200 pages. The site, which yields filtered results from Amazon, automatically excludes books whose length exceeds this limit. The site is in beta version and is still very simple; you can conduct searches either by keyword or by tag (popular searches).

    In their own words

"Ever read a book that was a few hundred pages longer than it needed to be? Yeah, so have we. Fortunately, there are authors out there that would rather have a concise and effective book than a lengthy and diluted tome, and that's where we come in".

Why it might be a killer

As long as you know the topic for which you want to search, LazyLibrary could definitely save you time by eliminating the need to individually check the page count of each book on Amazon without sacrificing their huge database.

    Some questions

It's hard to say how useful this site will be to how many people. As most books that have less than 200 pages aren't novels, this site mainly produces results that would only come in handy for someone that isn't looking for a pleasure read.
