One of Tufts University's business plan competition winners, Jobvid.com is a powerful service provider search engine.

The site boast over 75 job categories and 1,600 job specific skills that are fully searchable from a suggest drop-down menu, allowing site visitors to find exactly the right service provider for any job at hand. JobVid.com is also the first service provider website to strongly encourage personal statement videos, in which service providers introduce themselves and/or display essential job skills to prospective customers and clients.

JobVid.com allows service providers to create a profile under each relevant job category and then automatically links these profiles together so that site visitors can appreciate the full scope of service providers' capabilities. A fully customizable 3 month calendar and photo gallery round out the profile of each service provider.

The website is completely free and site visitors contact service providers directly. Randomized email addresses (a la Craigslist) ensure service provider privacy while still allowing site users to send messages directly to them through their personal e-mail accounts.
