In their own words
“Welcome to Jobrific.com, the reverse job board! This site was created out of frustration of not finding the right job postings online but hearing about the great job I missed out on, had I been friends with someone who knew of a hiring within their company. So, I created Jobrific.com, the reverse job board, where anyone can post what they are looking for and get leads from other people. Generally, you do not have to offer any money for a lead, but it helps if you do because it gets you good leads and responses rather than none at all. So, when filling out your post, in the $ section - if you’re willing to (and promise to) pay for a job lead, put the dollar amount (U.S. Dollars). Otherwise, if you just want to see if someone will give you a lead/tip for free, enter 0. Give it a try if you’d like, it’s free.”
Why it might be a killer
It is a refreshing approach that works vey well in practice, and which makes looking for a job (something tried and tested) a less burdensome task.
