Results lists basic information about each property, for instance, cost per square foot, number of bedrooms, and links to photos. To the right side of each result are four tools: one for research and comparison, another for saving a listing, the third for mapping a property, and the last for sending the listing. Users can further refine results by number of bathrooms, bedrooms, price and type. If a simple location search leaves too much to be desired, users can browse by radius or they customize their own search , inputting specific filters. Registering for an account is only required for email notifications and saved searches.
