Signing up is free and everything is done anonymously, so you don’t have to worry about divulging any personal information like a name or phone number. Search results are broken up into car insurance company along with the company’s rating, the insurance rate, and a link to the company’s website. This way you can search for the best rates without having to contact a bunch of different car insurance companies. Members can also send questions regarding car insurance rates straight to Foranu.

"Foranu was born out of the need for better car insurance shopping experience. Currently when people shop for insurance, they do either of these 2 things: Ask friends – Asking friends about their car insurance provider and car insurance rate doesn’t work most of the times as the factors which affect car insurance like age, marital status, credit score, etc. vary a lot from people to people. Hence the likelihood of you getting pointed to the right car insurance provider is slim. Call insurance companies – There are 100’s of car insurance companies in any state, it’s not feasible to call each of those companies. You spend a lot of time on it. You end up calling few, hence you are never sure if you can get best car insurance rate from some other car insurance provider."
