Docstoc.com is a free service where businesses can find and share professional documents. The basic idea is that users can upload public documents to Docstoc and share them in an embeddable Flash player. The truth is that anyone, business professional or otherwise, can post documents, but the service is geared towards standard business "documents like leases, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, wills and the like." So far Docstoc.com boasts over 12,000 documents on their site and they are encouraging more posts by having a contest for members who upload the most documents in one month. Beyond uploading documents, users can search the document database by category to find exactly what they need. Categories include: legal, business, financial, technology, education and creative.
