In their own words
“We launched the Beta100 search engine this week and would like to take this opportunity to welcome our first users to Beta100.
Just by using Beta100 to search the web you are helping to sponsor children that most need it.
We know that for searching the web you can’t beat the masters of web searching Google. That’s why our search engine is powered by Google.
This means a search done using beta100 yields the same results as one done on Google. The only difference is that when you search on beta100 you are helping to sponsor children in poverty.”
Why it might be a killer
Google is the search Goliath, without doubt. Everyone uses it, which is why Beta100 is a gem. It gives you exactly the same results and it helps charity. Just by searching the internet, which is probably something you do every day anyways, you’re aiding poor, impoverished children. It’s simple and it’s for a good cause.
Some questions
This is a nice, charitable site, but how’s it going to get the world out? Will more charities be added to the list?
