Talkster is the first and only service to allow users to make calls from their mobile phone to instant messaging services like MSN, Gizmo and GoogleTalk. All you need is a mobile phone with a web browser to use the service, input user name and Talkster will initiate the call over their local access gateway and place the call onto the messenger client (or cell phone, if you wish) as if it were a normal call. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a browser on your mobile phone, you may access Talkster from your home computer and initiate calls this way.

In their own words
“Talkster, the first service to let people place free calls from their cell phones to instant messaging services like MSN, Google Talk and Gizmo Project, consolidates the many voice-based communications services people use every day into an easy-to-use service that works from a single familiar device: the mobile phone. The Talkster beta service showcases Talkster´s Web services-based technology, the foundation for Talkster´s forthcoming enterprise service offering.”
