A service which has now been updated by the inclusion of an iPhone app, RunPee will let you know when it is a good time to take a restroom break. It not only tells you about which moment is the best to deal with the call of nature, but it can also let you know about what you missed when you visited the toilet.





The movies which are featured can be browsed both by release date, running time and alphabetically. There is also a “classic movies” category for old timers and grey heads.

As well as providing toilet-related information, this app has information about additional scenes that run once the credits have finished rolling. I personally always stay for the credits, mainly out of respect for the people involved in the movie, yet I understand (and see, obviously) that people usually don’t do that.

I find this a very novel and convenient app. That has got nothing to do with the fact that my best friend specializes in missing key movie parts because he keeps on going to the bathroom out of turn. It is an original concept that deserves to gain traction.
