    onetrip.org/apps/desktop.php - iPhone Shopping List

Paper shopping lists are old school. They fall apart, get stained to illegibility, and they don't do anything for the environment.

Easier to just use your shiny, new iPhone and the OneTrip app. This fast and free iPhone app, lets you get even more use out your phone. OneTrip provides a colorful drop down list of different food items categorize under about nine headings—e.g. fruit, drinks, bakery, household, and meat. As you add items to your cart, you can check them off the list; to add new items using the common list or simply type in those specialty items that aren't on the list. OneTrip will remember your lists for the next time you go shopping. Food items are color coded for easier browsing, and you'll find a running count of items yet to be bought. OneTrip just needs to load once in your browser, after that you're set. It works best with Safari, of course, though you could try it and chance bugs, with Mozilla or Opera. It works best if you bookmark the site for later use.

Just browse on over to OneTrip.org and check off items as you add them to your cart. Add new ones from a list of common items with just a tap, or type in that one herb we forgot to put on the list - OneTrip will remember it for next time you shop for the same thing."

Why Onetrip.org/apps/desktop.php might be a killer

    Some questions about Onetrip.org/apps/desktop.php

It's rather a shame that the Apple folks are rendering apps like this null, if they're installed. With that in mind, will people still venture and try new apps out? Will OneTrip add any more features—reminders perhaps, or picture upload capability for those very specific items?
