Mobile app provider Morange gives regular cell phone users, those without fancy iPhones or Blackberries, the advantage of similar smartphone features. In fact, Morange’s thin client architecture is open and operates across all different platforms and networks. The latest version Morange V, is featured packed with push email, instant messaging, and Facebook capability, among other things. Morange V is designed more like a social network. Users can share photos, integrate news feeds, and update their statuses much like Twitter. There’s even a weather feature, so users can check out temperatures from Shanghai to Cape Town; this also includes a five day weather forecast. Morange is free to download.
