| There are other systems out there that do the same thing along with pictures. I like the idea of calling though. Texting an alpha-numeric code to a short code, ala Cellsigns, is way to complicated for the "over 20" age group (works great for American Idol though). We have done some research on this with our own TXT ERA system (similar to Cellsigns) and the call volumes are dismal. Not many 20 year olds buy houses these days. If it is not easy for the agent and the prospective buyer, then forget about it because it won't be used. | ||
