You know Zoho, the web-based software behemoth that has bravely taken on Microsoft and currently offers a bevy of software solution products including, an Office-like word processing suite, invoicing, databases, chat, organizer, web conferencing, note taker, wiki, and the list goes on. And it’s all available online so you can be productive no matter where you are, from Seattle to Capetown.

There’s no excuse not to work. Now there's a new product to add to the list. It’s called Zoho CRM and it’s their solution to sales and marketing. It’s akin to SalesForce. Zoho CRM offers customer service support, inventory management, reports, dashboards, security, sales forecasts and analysis, and plenty of other features to help you be more productive and increase sales. It even has an Outlook plugin. Zoho CRM comes in three editions ranging from the Free edition to the $25/month Enterprise Edition.
