Many companies make money off advertising. But just how does one advertise for video? XLNT is an advert firm which pays people to create video ads. It’s collaboration that works for everyone. XLNT leverages the creative energies of regular consumers who in turn get to show off their masterpieces to the world. Companies create challenges for XLNT who then recruits their ad creators to film content.
