Snoopr.net is a new web utility used to help facilitate the discovery and spread of great deals found online. The site comes from the guys at Proxima Labs and is banking on a voting system which utilizes a "rating threshold" to determine which deals are promoted to the front page. Users can comment on deals, as well as win prizes for participating. Snoopr.net is a site about linking great deals to great people in a new way. Inspired by Web 2.0 and social bookmarking, Snoopr is a refreshing new take on the tedium of deal finding. At Snoopr.net, the users are in charge of the site's content. Users are able to submit deals for their peers to view and take advantage of. Users may also vote to "snoop", or vote, on deals that they like. Monthly contests provide incentive to scour the web for the best deals to share.

The site is entirely minimalistic and very quick to load, so ease of use is a plus. They are also differentiating themselves from the competition by putting the decision of what deal is great in the hands of the community, rather than a select group of moderators.
