Primofeed.com - Get Money from Your Blog (maybe)

    primofeed

People make a living from writing a blog. Great gig. This service helps make that happen. Primofeed is a feed service that enables bloggers and content owners to monetize their web site. The site serves all major blog hosting companies, and all the blogger has to do is sign up as a PrimoFeed publisher, insert their ad code widget onto your blog, Primofeed runs targeted ads, and you get commissions when users buy their products. Now, what was not clear from reading the site was whether you only get a commission when an actual purchase is made from a reader of your blog (how do they track that?), or if you get a commission if someone clicks on their advertisement. They need to be more clear and upfront about that. Otherwise, if you are a regular blogger with a high traffic volume, take advantage of that and make blogging your career or at least a nice source of supplemental income.

    In their own words

PrimoFeed enables you to monetize from your web site by displaying relevant products ads. It"s a new advertising model approach by delivering ads in a form of a unique badge. This rich delivery system enhances click through rates and the bottom line impact of your web site"s revenue earning potential.

Why it might be a killer

Companies know that blogs are yet another avenue for reaching key consumer groups, so this is one way to benefit both the advertiser and the blogger.

    Some questions

How exactly does a blogger make a profit? Why is Primofeed not generating high traffic volume if it is such a superior service? Does the site make a commission just by connecting advertisers and bloggers? Are they turning a profit?
