Nimbit.com - Your Personal Online Music and Merch Page

    nimbit

To be a musician, you have got to be both artistic and a music entrepreneur. If not, you run the risk of losing time and losing money to resources which don’t suit your best interests. Sell and distribute your music and merch on Nimbit.com, a new startup dedicated to putting the artistic and entrepreneurial control back into the hands of the musicians. The services enable the artist to market their own music and music products, while building and maintaining a loyal fan base. You can also promote marketing intiatives (or, as the industry puts it: “gigs”) you can put those all up on your page as well.

    In their own words

“Manage all aspects of your music business with nimbit. We offer several different packages that appeal to musicians of all genres and levels. Our mission is to put musical artists in complete control of their own music business and brand, enabling them to reach their full potential as quickly as possible. You have more opportunities to sell and distribute your music – and to build a loyal and passionate fan base – than ever before.”

Why it might be a killer

The services and products for nimbit are outstanding. They include plans for free, retail and pro. Sure, this site is a little bit more expensive if you want the all good features, but it is well worth it’s weight in gold. Nimbit’s web designers are well known for the work they have done on professional musicians pages (big names like Aerosmith) and are offering up web site development as apart of their pro deal. This site helps you promote, manage, and publish your music in a way that is so much more geared to the business end than most musicians pages we’ve seen out there.

    Some questions

Despite being loaded with many more features, and offering a free packages for musicians on a more low key level, will they still be able to compete with sites that offer free packages all around and web-based services that are industry standard?
