Payscale is site that will allow you to input all of your info about your current and previous jobs into a database and Payscale will show you how much you are making compared to others with similar jobs. With the statistics they also offer a list of people hiring in related fields, which could come in useful if you find yourself on the low end of the payscale in your current job. The amount of questions asked are many, it takes about 9 pages of answers before you can see the statistics. Payscale.com does not release the information if the person doesn't sign up with their email and pay $9.99.
