In their own words
"Real estate web sites in general are too complex. They're usually difficult to read, difficult to navigate, busy and confusing. The vast majority of visitors to a real estate agent's web site want to search for properties. Why keep them from accomplishing their goal? When I started building AgentOvation sites, I began by providing lots of features: unlimited pages that could be placed in any number of places on the site, allowing for deep and complex site structures and adding all sorts of settings and options and features. When I starting using it to power client's web sites, I found that they weren't interested in those things. They just wanted to get people to contact them somehow. So I took a completely different approach: Throw out all the 'cool' stuff that programmers love to work with and to just simplify things for the end user. Eliminate barriers to initiating communication and give people a sense of security and control when they begin that interaction. AgentOvation is going to evolve. There will be more features, there will be changes and additions. That's what makes for great web software: it's never 'finished'. There's always a way to make it better and you can do that quickly and easily based on the response from the people using the app."
Why it might be a killer
Simplicity and ease of use. Constant evolution. Focus on allowing users to accomplish specific goals and reducing the barriers to initiating communications between an agent and a potential client.
Some questions
Isn't the service that agentovation.com offers going to actually make it more complicated for users to find the house or apartment that they are looking for? How is a real estate agent supposed to find this website?
