Why it might be a killer

By offering a high quality service at a fraction of the cost, phone.com is highly appealing to both residential and small business customers alike. The bells and whistles offered to small businesses will be greatly appreciated. This is a solution for any business that isn’t ready to open up a formal office but would like to appear that they have one.

  Some questions

What other goodies do they have in store? Since this is a VOIP service, what is their uptime and what procedures do they have in place to divert calls when your ISP goes down?
