    scribblelive

Do you have an upcoming event that you want to keep everyone posted on live? Do you want to be able to share everyone’s input at that event in one location with the ability to add media and links into the mix? ScribbleLive allows you to do just that with an incredibly easy to use and watch site. Using Ajax, watchers can enjoy and keep updated on an event without ever having to refresh their page. Contributors can send text, links, pictures, and videos via their mobile device or the actual webpage. To participate or to have more control over what you are watching, you can log into the site through OpenID, Facebook, or Windows Live, never having to actually fill out any sort of profile, being able to get involved in the event right away. While watching the event, you can view updates either as they come in or from the oldest to the newest, depending on your preference. To be able to post, all you need is an invite code, which you can get from the creator of the event. You can even create your own events, whether it’s a web conference, a sporting event, an awards ceremony, or anything also you can imagine. So to keep others up to date on the goings on of your next event, check out ScribbleLive.

Why it might be a killer

Not having to waste time coming up with yet another member profile in order to login and being able to watch an event without even logging in are just a couple of the ways that this site makes it super easy and effortless to enjoy an event without ever having to be there. The ability to send media and to contribute via your mobile device make this platform of live blogging stand out from others. Never having to refresh your browser page is also really nice and convenient and allows you to keep up to date moment to moment.

    Some questions

When will they create a widget that will allow sites hosting conferences to live blog to their readers straight from their home page? Currently, all of the events that are available to watch really have no sort of content or purpose, and seem kind of spammy. How will they deal with keeping the decent and interesting live blogging closer to the top or more visible compared to the rest of the nothing links? Could they organize events into categories? Could they add a chat feature so that the watchers could comment on what’s being blogged without clogging up the actual event’s content?
