BloggrZ.com is a combined forum, bookmarking and poll site devoted to blogging.

Users have to sign up and list their preferences as readers or bloggers, and the site will remember those preferences in order to provide the best content based on what the user’s likes are. Like any other bookmarking site, any registered user can submit a site, which is then rated by other users in order to determine the most popular blogs. This is an essential feature for bloggers as they can increase traffic to their own site and thus earn more money, as well as for regular blog readers as they will get the kind of content they are interested in without having to look much. There is one significant advantage to other bookmarking sites, and that is that BloggrZ.com has a toolbar which users can download for free which really simplifies blogging and blog reading, providing an updated list of interesting sites everyday, simple RSS subscription, and general navigation. For the time being, the toolbar is only available for Firefox users, but IE and Safari versions will be launched soon.
